Summer Trip

It was a glorious day as we all got on the bus and headed for Athlone. There was lots of banter and sing song on the way. The day was wonderful and we all enjoyed the cruise on the river Shannon. It started to rain but it did not deter us from enjoying ourselves. The boat trip was everyones favourite and some of the members sang songs and others did some dancing. Needless to say our dinner was lovely as we sat down to our four course meal. We headed home around  four o’ clock and arrived back in Newbridge safely, well satisfied
